1. General

At The Reiki Road, we aim to offer professional and caring services. The refund policy below applies to all Reiki treatments, workshops, and trainings.

2. Cancellation by the client

• Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

• For cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, or in case of a no-show without notice, the full amount will be charged. No refund will be issued in such cases.

• Refunds for prepaid sessions are only possible if cancellation is made on time.

3. Cancellation by The Reiki Road

• If The Reiki Road needs to cancel a treatment, workshop, or training (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), the full amount will be refunded or – if preferred – rescheduled free of charge.

4. Workshops and trainings

• If cancelled by the participant more than 7 days before the start date, a full refund will be issued.

• For cancellations within 7 days of the start date, a 50% refund applies.

• For cancellations within 48 hours or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.

• If a participant discontinues a training after it has started, no refund is given.

5. Force majeure & exceptions

In proven cases of force majeure (e.g. unexpected hospital admission or bereavement), exceptions may be made. This is at the discretion of The Reiki Road.

• Your name

• The service booked

• Reason for cancellation

• Your bank details for the refund (if applicable)

We aim to process refunds within 14 days.
